Get ready to dress to impress during our 7th Annual Little Black Dress Event! This beloved event takes place on Thursday, May 22, 2025 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races. The proceeds of The Little Black Dress Event will benefit our Born Learning Initiative, focusing on Youth Literacy and Early Childhood Development issues -- getting books into the hands of children and strengthening parental engagement programs in the Eastern Panhandle.
