The American Red Cross announces its blood drives. To be eligible to donate, you must be 17 years of age, at least 110 pounds and in reasonably good health. Donors give every 56 days. All blood types are needed, but especially O negative and O positive:
July 30 (Friday): from 11:00am to 5:00pm at City Hospital.
July 31 (Saturday): from 9:00am to 2:00pm at Independent Bible Church.
August 2 (Monday): from 12:30 to 6:30pm at Harvest Community Church
August 2 (Monday): from 1:00 to 6:00pm at the Martinsburg Mall.
August 3 (Tuesday): from 10:00am to 4:oopm at Hollywood Casino at Charles Races & Slots.
August 5 (Thursday): from 1:00 to 7:00pm at Berkeley Springs American Legion
August 10 (Tuesday): from 11:30am to 5:30pm at Calvary United Methodist Church
August 16 (Monday): from 10:00am to 3:00pm at Walmart in Charles Town.
August 20 (Friday): from 9:00am to 2:00pm at Holiday Inn Express in Ranson
August 21 (Saturday): from 9:00am to 2:00pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
